As part of our commitment to transparency and protecting your property assets, we are informing you of a security incident that occurred on the platform of our booking software provider, Avantio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. Origin and Context of the Incident<\/h2>\n

On October 8 and 9, 2026<\/strong>, a cybersecurity incident affected Avantio<\/strong>, the software platform used by our agency to manage your property’s calendar and reservations. An unauthorized third party exploited a system vulnerability.<\/p>\n

This vulnerability was identified and patched by Avantio on October 9<\/strong>. Our agency’s own systems suffered no intrusion.<\/strong><\/p>\n
