The security and protection of your personal data is a top priority for IBA\u00cfA Real Estate. In full transparency, we are informing you of a security incident that occurred with our booking software partner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. What Happened?<\/h2>\n

A cybersecurity incident occurred on October 8 and 9, 2026<\/strong> at Avantio<\/strong>, the specialized software platform we use to manage our guest bookings and stays. A system vulnerability was exploited by an unauthorized third party and was definitively patched by Avantio on October 9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our own internal agency servers and systems were not compromised.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. What Data May Have Been Accessed?<\/h2>\n

Because Avantio cannot determine with complete certainty which individual booking records were accessed, we are applying a strict precautionary approach: we consider that the information related to your file may have been viewed<\/strong> if you have stayed, booked, or requested a quote with IBA\u00cfA Real Estate.<\/p>\n
